Faithfully Nourished Community Terms & Conditions

By completing your purchase, you (“Member”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms, which form a binding agreement between you and Brooke Rozzie Coaching (“Company”).

1. Program Access & Services

You are enrolling in a monthly membership program that provides access to community support, coaching resources, and digital content, as outlined at the time of your purchase. Content and access are intended solely for your personal use. All materials remain the intellectual property of the Company.

2. Payments & Cancellations

This is a subscription service. You authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method. You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice to [email protected]. No refunds are given due to the digital nature of the program materials.

3. Community Conduct

Respectful and kind communication is expected at all times. Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or abuse of any kind will result in immediate removal without refund.

4. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to participate and legally able to enter into this agreement.

5. Member Responsibility

Your participation and implementation are essential to your own results. The Company provides tools and support but does not guarantee outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including templates, recordings, guides, and other materials, is for your individual use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed.

7. Disclaimer

No part of the program constitutes medical or legal advice. Results are not guaranteed and may vary based on individual effort and circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

Company’s liability is limited to the amount you have paid. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your participation.

9. Privacy & User Content

Anything you share in the community may be visible to other members. Please use discretion. By posting, you grant the Company a non-exclusive right to use your content in connection with the program.

10. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to update the program or terminate access at our discretion. Members will be notified of any material changes.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, and any disputes must be handled in courts located in Oakland County, MI.
